I’ve always been drawn to the grind—the training, the repetition, the focus it takes to push through when no one’s watching. That mindset started early and has carried me through every chapter of life.

I grew up in Michigan, raised by a strong and relentlessly positive single mom. With mental illnesses in my family, life could be unpredictable at times, and that uncertainty weighed on me early. Sports gave me structure—something I could count on, something I could control, something that taught me how to push through when life felt heavy. I played football, basketball, and baseball growing up, then played college football. During a year abroad in Australia, I played rugby and learned to surf. Surfing stuck—It became my lifelong sport and the fulfillment I never knew a sport could bring.

But it’s never been about chasing adrenaline. It’s always been about discipline, consistency, and grit. That same fire is what fuels the way I work—and why I’m built to show up, day in and day out, for my clients. ~Corey Adomitis

My professional life began in the classroom. I taught elementary school for eight years, focused on science and math, and earned my Master’s in Divinity while teaching full-time. Eventually, I moved into real estate, growing a top-producing team and helping scale an office of 500+ agents doing over $1B in sales.

But what I cared most about was the people—coaching, systems, and recruiting. That led to Swellzio, a company built on relationships, results, and resilience. We generate leads through smart ad strategies and automation, but what really sets us apart is the personal coaching and operational guidance we give our clients—backed by years of hands-on recruiting, cold calling, call center work, and direct hiring.

We don’t just drop resumes. We help businesses operate better, grow faster, and hire smarter—with structure, consistency, and support that sticks.

My journey isn’t just about business—it’s about rebuilding. Over the last 20 years, I’ve had torn labrums, broken ribs, bulging discs, shoulder separations, and over a decade of chronic back pain. In the span of one year in 2024/2025, I had 3 major surgeries. 

Most people see that as a reason to slow down. For me, it was fuel.

That photo? That’s me paddling my daughter through a quiet lagoon—something simple, but for a long time, it felt out of reach. After years of pain, surgery, and setbacks, I got back here through nothing but hard work, consistency, and faith.

I’m back in beast mode—not because it was easy, but because I refused to quit.

That same mindset is what I bring to my business—and to every client we work with.

Because grit always outlasts talent. And when you’ve been broken and rebuilt, you lead with more heart, more empathy, and more drive.

At the end of the day, this isn’t just about recruiting—it’s about people. About building something that gives others space to grow, thrive, and live more freely.

That’s what I want for my clients. That’s what I want for my family and friends.  But I believe that by living out my values, I’m teaching them theirs.

Family is everything to me. And that spirit shows up in the way we serve: loyal, present, consistent, and real. We’re not a resume drop-off service. We’re a partner. A lever. A team that’s here to make life and business better for those we work with.
